Who is Ringo?

Ringo is the still point of the litter. While his siblings competed for position and attention, Ringo simply was—calm, present, settled in himself in a way that seemed remarkable for a creature only weeks old. His siblings gravitated to him naturally; it was common to find two or three of them piled on or around him as if he were a source of warmth beyond the physical.

He engages on his own terms. He won’t perform for attention, and he won’t be rushed. But when he decides he has something to say, he says it clearly and at length. There’s a quiet authority to him that’s hard to explain in a small black kitten in a cardboard box.

He and Shaolin got along from early on—a mutual understanding between two cats who don’t need to prove anything.

Low to Medium

Ringo is not a chaos agent. He plays when he wants to, rests when he doesn’t, and generally prefers a calm pace to a frantic one. He won’t be the one climbing the curtains.

Selective & Loyal

He warms up at his own pace but forms real bonds once he does. He’s not unfriendly—he’s just discerning. Patience in the early days pays off significantly with Ringo.

The Anchor

The litter’s natural gravity point. Other cats seem to find him stabilizing—they would find comfort around him. He does well with a companion, particularly a similarly calm one—Shaolin being his closest parallel in the litter.

Calm & Consistent

Ringo would thrive in a quieter home where he can set the pace of connection. A patient adopter who appreciates a cat that chooses to show affection rather than performing it.
